**Cancellation Policy** We strive to provide the best service for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all customers, please review our cancellation policy: 1. **Appointments**: All services are provided at our facility. We are not a mobile detailing service, so clients must bring their vehicles to our location for all appointments. 2. **Cancellations and Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee. 3. **No-Show Policy**: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice, you will no longer be able to book appointments online, you must contact me first before making an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
